The Prince William Chorale

Manassas, VA

A Message from Sara Lee Fassett, Artistic Director:

It is such a pleasure to be the director of the Prince William Chorale!   This is a group of singers who enjoy coming together to make music of all types.  Most importantly to me, they enjoy the process of preparing music to the best of their ability.  The performance is the icing on the cake!  One of our greatest pleasures is performing for various retirement communities. We also enjoy performing at the annual Manassas Tree Lighting ceremony and at locations such as the Potomac Hospital's holiday celebration as well as presenting holiday and Spring public concerts.

I am a recently-retired music specialist for the Prince William County Schools with a Music degree and an extensive backgound as a professional soloist and choral singer and director, and am looking forward to having more time to expand the Prince William Chorale.  We are looking for ethusiastic singers from high school through retirees to join us.  If you enjoy singing in an SATB group of congenial folks, we would love to have you stop by to check us out and sing with us with no commitment required on your part.

We are also interested in forming a community Children's chorus (ages 8 - 12).  If you are interested, please e-mail or call us and let us know your experience and singing preferences. Or just stop by at 7 PM on non-holiday Tuesdays at our rehearsal location at 8310 Plantation Lane in Manassas.  I would love to meet you and introduce you to a wonderful group of people.

I look forward to meeting you!
